Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox expecting first child together
“Nothing is ever really lost”
Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox are expecting their first child together.
Fox shared a pair of photographs on social media last night (November 11). In the first image, the actor is seen with a baby bump and covered in a black liquid while the second shows a positive pregnancy test.
Writing in the caption, Fox said: “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back.” On X/Twitter, Machine Gun Kelly – real name Colson Baker – wrote: “11.11.”

Fox shares three children with actor Brian Austin Green: Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8. Baker already has a 15-year-old daughter, Casie, with his former partner Emma Cannon.
Last year saw MGK open up about Fox’s past pregnancy loss in a song called ‘Don’t Let Me Go’. In 2022, he dedicated his performance at the Billboard Music Awards to his “wife” and their “unborn child”.
Reflecting on the experience, Fox later told Good Morning America: “I’d never been through anything like that before in my life, I have three kids so it was very difficult for both of us.
“And it sent us on a very wild journey, together, and separately, together and apart… trying to navigate what does this mean and why does this happen.”
Baker also touched on the miscarriage in his 2022 song ‘Last November’: “One day in another ten weeks (one day in another ten weeks)/ I never even got to hear your heartbeat (never even got to hear your heart).”
MGK and Fox went public about their relationship in 2020, and announced in 2022 that they were engaged. However, the Transformers star revealed this March that the pair had called off their engagement.
Over the summer, Machine Gun Kelly opened up about how his teenage daughter had helped him to get sober. He later said he was “not in a haze anymore” after staying sober for one year.
